This Shipping Policy explains how physical IRIS artworks are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

All IRIS purchases are processed through our Shopify store.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Processing times may vary during high-demand periods or limited releases.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship via reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), depending on destination and service availability.

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking information will be provided once available.

4. International Shipping

International delivery times vary by destination.

Please note:

  • Customs clearance may cause delays
  • Import duties, VAT, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • IRIS is not responsible for customs-related delays

5. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, IRIS is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after delivery.

We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

IRIS is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
    Provide photos of the packaging and contents

If a package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
    We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier
    Resolution is subject to carrier investigation results.

8. Signature Requirement

IRIS may require signature confirmation for certain shipments.

This helps protect the integrity of delivery.

9. Shipping and Ownership

Delivery of an IRIS artwork does not establish ownership within the IRIS system.

Ownership is recorded only after:

  • Physical possession
  • NFC scan
  • Activation via the IRIS Portal

Shopify order confirmation does not constitute ownership registration.

10. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal
  • Incorrect address

We may:

  • Reship at the customer’s expense
  • Cancel the order (less shipping costs)

11. Delays Beyond Our Control

IRIS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather
  • Customs
  • Government actions
  • Force majeure events
